# Midtown Biohack Last updated: 2026-08-13 > A private recovery and human performance studio at 575 Madison Avenue, New York. > We measure how your body is handling stress and score it 0 to 100, then build a > recovery plan from those numbers. Measured, not guessed. Midtown Biohack™ is a wellness and human performance company. It is not a medical practice, not a gym, and not a spa. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and nothing it offers is a substitute for care from a licensed medical provider. ## What it actually does Every new client begins with a 60 minute assessment at the studio. A Morris Method™ coach measures metabolism, movement and cognitive performance on instruments in the room, under controlled conditions rather than estimating from a wearable, and combines those readings with the client's own daily reports on sleep, energy, stress and pain, and with the coach's assessment. Those inputs produce a single number from 0 to 100 called the Fulcrum Score™, and the picture behind that number is called the Neurological Twin™. Sessions draw on red light, pulsed electromagnetic field work, mild hyperbaric oxygen at 1.3 ATA (a low-pressure wellness chamber, not a medical-grade unit), hands-on recovery work and guided breathing. Nothing here is called therapy, because none of it is medical treatment. The coach uses the score, and the picture behind it, to choose which protocol a client is given. The order and timing of a session are chosen from the client's current reading rather than from a fixed menu. ## Who it is for Executives, founders, athletes and people carrying long-term stress load who want measurement rather than a generic wellness package. ## Founder Chuck Morris, Ph.D., founder and creator of the Morris Method™. He is not a physician and does not provide medical care. ## Key pages - [How it works](https://midtownbiohack.com/method/): the Morris Method™ and how protocols are sequenced - [Sessions](https://midtownbiohack.com/services/): the five recovery protocols and who each is for - [Your Score](https://midtownbiohack.com/platforms/): what the Fulcrum Score™ and Neurological Twin™ are - [First visit](https://midtownbiohack.com/assessment/): what the assessment includes, what it costs, what to expect - [Readiness check](https://midtownbiohack.com/quiz/): a free two minute directional self-check, not a medical assessment - [Founder](https://midtownbiohack.com/dr-morris/): background on Chuck Morris, Ph.D. - [The book](https://midtownbiohack.com/book/): Stress: Our Human Superpower - [Speaking](https://midtownbiohack.com/speaking/): keynotes and corporate sessions - [Locations](https://midtownbiohack.com/locations/): 575 Madison Avenue, New York NY 10022 - [The Greenwich](https://midtownbiohack.com/locations/the-greenwich/): 125 Greenwich Street, New York NY.
