A 6 to 12 month weight loss plan, directed by your own physician and designed around your own numbers by the team behind the Morris Method™. In plain terms: your doctor sets the medical direction, and we build, coach, and measure everything else.

Coach Warren Spivey Jr. is Head Performance Coach at Midtown Biohack™, and he has been with us for the entire journey. He went from 440 pounds to 242 pounds using the Morris Method, the same method he now coaches every day.
His own experience. Individual result, not typical, not a promise.
Your own physician sets the medical direction. We work alongside that direction, never in place of it.
Every plan begins with the Fulcrum Assessment™: a full baseline of how your body spends energy, handles load, and recovers. You see where you actually stand before your plan is built.
Your 6 to 12 month plan is built around your results, your schedule, and your starting point. Nothing is copied from a template.
Dr. Chuck Morris has worked with thousands of people over nearly 30 years. Our coaches train the method because they have lived it.
Dr. Chuck Morris is the founder of Midtown Biohack™, a private human performance studio in New York built on the nervous system. He holds a doctorate in exercise science and has worked with thousands of people over nearly 30 years in human performance and recovery science.
He is the former chief executive of the NFL Alumni Performance Lab, where he built the programmes and services for a concierge performance practice serving former professional athletes, and the former official health coach for the City of Philadelphia. He is the creator of the Morris Method™ and the Fulcrum Score™, and the author of Stress: Our Human Superpower. He has appeared twice on FOX 5 Good Day New York, once live, and his work has been featured on The Breakfast Club, the BBC, and in The Wall Street Journal.
The Morris Method™ is nervous system first. It is neuroscience-informed performance coaching, based on nervous system regulation principles: restore regulation first, then build capacity on top of it. In plain terms, we get your system out of constant overdrive so training, sleep, and energy can actually work for you. It is the method Coach Warren used for every one of his 198 pounds, and it is the method your plan is built on.
More About Dr. MorrisAsk whether a medically directed weight loss plan is right for you. If you plan to use an HSA or FSA, ask about a Letter of Medical Necessity. That letter comes from your own physician. Midtown Biohack does not write it.
One 60 minute session at 575 Madison Avenue. Your full results come back in about 72 hours, and the team that measured you walks you through them.
At your results walkthrough we design the plan around your numbers and your doctor's direction: training, recovery, and nervous system regulation, coached in person.
Or before your own plan year ends. An FSA cannot pay in advance for future sessions, so what matters is starting inside this year. The plan keeps running into the New Year.
Your Fulcrum Score™ and Neurological Twin™ show where you start, in real numbers, mapped on your own body.
The Fulcrum Score is tracked as a trend, not a snapshot, so you and your coach see what is changing and adjust the plan to match.
Every number comes with a conversation. You are never handed a report and left to work it out alone.
Results differ from person to person. No amount of weight loss and no outcome is promised.

No. HSA balances generally carry over from one year to the next. Start when it is right for you and your doctor.
Many FSAs are use-it-or-lose-it. Some plans offer a short grace period or a limited carryover instead. Check your plan's deadline with your plan administrator. For many plans it is December 31.
No. An FSA cannot pay in advance for future expenses. That is why we say start before December 31, or before your own plan year ends, rather than prepay.
Your plan administrator decides that, not Midtown Biohack. Eligibility generally requires a Letter of Medical Necessity from your own physician. We cannot tell you in advance whether a plan will be approved or how much will be reimbursed.
Yes. This plan is directed by your own physician. Talk with your doctor first about whether a medically directed weight loss plan is right for you. Midtown Biohack does not write Letters of Medical Necessity.
No. Midtown Biohack does not prescribe, sell, or administer any medication. Your doctor directs the medical side. We design, coach, and measure the training, recovery, and nervous system side of your plan.
Every plan starts with the Fulcrum Assessment, $500, a discounted price for the complete assessment. Your 6 to 12 month plan is designed and priced with you at your results walkthrough, after you have seen your own numbers.
The Fulcrum Assessment takes place at 575 Madison Avenue, New York. Tell us in the fit check where you would like to train, and we will confirm what is available for you.
No. Every body is different, and no amount of weight loss or any other outcome is promised. What we promise is a plan built around your own numbers and a team that measures your progress with you.
MV BioHealth's licensed independent providers design and prescribe their own programs directly with you. Midtown Biohack™ pairs that with nervous-system-first coaching and measurement, so your training and recovery are tracked while their program runs.
