This explains what Midtown Biohack™ collects, why, who else can see it, how long we keep it, and how you get it deleted. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, write to contact@midtownbiohack.com and a person will answer.

Who we are. Midtown Biohack™ is operated by Fulcrum Performance Lab, LLC, 575 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022. We are a wellness, performance and coaching company. We are not a medical practice, we do not diagnose, and we do not provide medical treatment.

What we collect

What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into a form or send us in a message. If you book or buy, that includes what you booked and when.

Messages you send us. If you email us, use a contact form, or message us on social media, we keep the message and our reply so we can answer you and so we have a record of what was said. Where we use software to help draft a reply, a person reviews it before it is sent to you. You are not talking to an automated system that sends on its own.

What is collected automatically. Standard web information such as your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you visit and where you came from, including any campaign tags in a link you clicked.

Payment details. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Advertising. Our Google Analytics is linked to our Google Ads account so we can measure which ads bring people to us. That link can be used to build advertising audiences. We do not run Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn tracking pixels.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information and we do not buy lists.

Cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and similar) to tell repeat visits apart. Plausible, on the two pages that use it, sets none.

Do Not Track. Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed standard for what a site should do with it, and we do not currently change our behaviour based on it. If you want us to stop, email us and we will.

Health information

If you take part in an assessment or coaching, you may share information about how you sleep, move, recover and feel. Treat that as sensitive and so do we. It is used to deliver and improve your programme, it is seen only by the staff working with you, and it is never sold or shared for advertising.

We are a wellness company, not a healthcare provider, so this information is generally not protected health information under HIPAA. That does not lower our duty of care. Where a licensed practitioner is involved in your care, their own records are governed by their obligations, not by this policy.

Why we use it

Who else can see it (third parties)

Only the companies that make the service work, and only for that purpose:

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

How long we keep it (retention)

Your choices, and how to use them

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can opt out at any time. You can tell us to stop emailing you, either with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by asking. You can tell us to stop messaging you on a social platform by replying STOP, and we will not message you there again.

One address for all of it: contact@midtownbiohack.com. We answer within 30 days. We will not make you jump through hoops, and we will not treat you worse for asking.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under California and New York law. Ask and we will honour them.

If something goes wrong

If information about you is exposed, we will tell the people affected, and the regulators we are required to tell, without unnecessary delay and inside the time limits the law sets.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so directly rather than hope you notice.
