We did not take a floor. We took a room, and we put the method inside the residence. A single room means one client at a time, and for that hour it holds only you. That is not something a building can add to an amenity list. It is the whole design.

125 Greenwich Street, New York, NY. Downtown Manhattan, in the Financial District. This is New York City. It is not Greenwich, Connecticut.

What is it, exactly?+

One room inside The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly. That is the honest shape of it and it is the point. We did not take a floor. We took a room, and we put the method inside the residence, so the distance between where you live and where you get measured is an elevator.

What can I actually do there?+

Three things, at full precision. The Fulcrum Assessment, which is the front door and where everything starts. Executive Recovery. And Travel Reset, for the week you land back from four time zones away and still have to be sharp on Monday. By appointment.

What does it cost?+

Not announced yet. Pricing for The Greenwich is set by Dr. Morris and released to the founding list before it appears anywhere public. We would rather tell you the real number once than a rounded one now.

Do I have to live in the building?+

Yes. The Greenwich room serves residents of 125 Greenwich Street only, by appointment. It is not open to the public and there is no day rate, no guest pass, and no membership that opens it from outside the building. If you do not live here, that is not a soft no: 575 Madison Avenue is our public studio, it is open today, and it runs the same Fulcrum Assessment and the same protocols.

Is this part of the building's amenity program?+

No. Midtown Biohack operates independently inside the building. The amenity floors at the crown of the tower are the building's. This room is ours, and access to it is a separate membership.

Can I use my Madison Avenue membership at The Greenwich?+

Your record travels with you. Your Fulcrum Score™, your Neurological Twin™, and your protocol history all live in Nova Key™, so any coach at any of our locations opens the same picture of you and nothing starts over. How booking works across locations is being finalized now and goes to the founding list with the opening details.

What happens after I join the waitlist?+

Your place is held from the moment you submit, in the order residents joined. The opening date is already public, so what this list gets first is the part that is not: your booking window for opening week, and the access and arrival details. We do not sell, share, or rent your information, and one line in any email takes you off the list for good.

I do not want to wait until October.+

Then do not. 575 Madison Avenue is open today and can run your Fulcrum Assessment now, which means that on October 1 you walk in already holding a Score, a Twin, and an assigned protocol. That is a very different first appointment.

I do not live in the building. Can I still be seen?+

Not at The Greenwich, no. That room is for residents. You are very welcome at 575 Madison Avenue, which is open to everyone and running today, and Fort Lee, New Jersey opens in December 2026.
