For Active People 40+

Aging is not decaying.
Get back to the run, the ride, the lift.

The back that locks up by 3 p.m. The knee that speaks up at mile two. The shoulder that quits halfway through the ride. You have been pushing through it for months. A birthday is not a sentence. Your nervous system adapts at every age. That means it is trainable, and that is where we start.

Desk all day? By afternoon your neck and back do the talking.
Running club or long rides? The same ache shows up every week, right on schedule.
Still want to lift, play, and keep up? You refuse to accept that slowing down is the plan.
Five taps and your email, about two minutes. We work alongside your doctor, never in place of one.

Why It Keeps Coming Back

You stretched it. You rested it.
It came back anyway.

A pattern, not a birthday

Aches after 40 are common. They are not a schedule you have to follow. Often, part of what you feel is the way your nervous system has learned to move you: guarded, braced, and tired.

Trainable, not permanent

Your nervous system keeps adapting at every age. Train it in the right order and it can relearn how to move you with more ease and more power.

Regulation first, then load

Too many programs pile on more work. Volume and intensity are withdrawals, not deposits. The Morris Method™ restores regulation first, so you can afford the work and it actually holds.

What You Are Here For

Name what you want back.
We build toward it.

A gray-haired man running on a park path lined with autumn trees
The run

The Saturday long run, without paying for it the next three days.

A woman on a road bike riding a waterfront path, with a bridge and the city skyline behind her
The ride

A back and neck that last the whole route.

A gray-haired woman lifting a kettlebell in a training studio while a coach watches her form
The lift

Real weight again, with confidence in how you move it.

A man in an office stretching both arms overhead beside his desk, with city towers outside the window
The desk

A full workday without counting the hours until you can stand up.

The floor

Down on the floor and back up, with your kids or grandkids.

Every body is different. No outcome is promised, and we never promise that pain goes away.

Why Midtown Biohack

Getting through your own injury
does not qualify someone to coach yours.

That may be good enough for some people. Not for you. You want proven science, systems, and protocols, backed by nearly 30 years of work.

Measured, not guessed

Every program begins with the Fulcrum Assessment™: a full baseline of how your body handles load, spends energy, and recovers. You see where you stand before anything is built.

Nervous system first

We start with regulation, then strength, mobility, and capacity on top of it. That order is the Morris Method.

Alongside your doctor

Your doctor stays your doctor. We coach the training and recovery side, and we work alongside the guidance you already have.

We meet you where you are

Low energy and a body that hurts make a hard program feel impossible. You do not have to be pain-free to move forward. You have to be moving in the right direction. If a movement hurts, there is always an easier version, ready before you need it.

Move safely

Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a health concern, or pain that started suddenly. We work alongside your doctor, never in place of one.

If you feel sharp, severe, or worsening pain, numbness, tingling, or sudden weakness, stop and get it checked by a qualified professional.

If you have chest pain, fainting, or breathlessness, stop. You may need to see a medical professional.

Questions, Answered
I am over 50. Is it too late?

Age is part of the story. Under-training is the part you can change. Your nervous system keeps adapting at every age. Your program starts where you are today and builds from there, at a pace your body can hold.

Will my pain go away?

We do not promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we do promise is a program built around your own numbers, a coach who adjusts it as you go, and an honest read on what is changing.

Do I need my doctor's okay?

Check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program. We work alongside your doctor, never in place of one. If something needs a closer look, get it checked by a qualified professional first.

Is this a medical service?

No. Midtown Biohack™ is a wellness and human performance studio. We coach training, recovery, and nervous system regulation. We do not provide medical care.

My energy is low. Can I still start?

Yes. That is exactly where many people start. Your first weeks are built around the energy you have today, and the program grows as your capacity does.

What does it cost?

The Move Check is free. The Fulcrum Assessment is $500, a discounted price for the complete assessment. Your 6 or 12 month program is designed and priced with you at your results walkthrough, after you have seen your own numbers.

Where does it happen? Can I do it virtually?

The Fulcrum Assessment takes place at 575 Madison Avenue, New York. Programs are coached in person or virtually. Tell us in the Move Check where you would like to work with us, and our studio team will confirm what is available for you.

What is the Fulcrum Score?

The Fulcrum Score™ is the one standardized score at the center of the Morris Method. It shows how your body is carrying load right now, and it is tracked over time so you and your coach can see what is changing.
