Measured, not guessed.

Feel like yourself again.

Stress does not stay in your head. It settles into the whole body as held tension, as the low-grade wear that builds up over years of hard living, and as the everyday aches and stiffness you have started calling normal. We measure how your system is carrying all of it and score it 0 to 100. Then we build a recovery plan designed to help your body put that load down, and to support the energy, focus and sleep it has been costing you.

Think of the score as a credit score for your body. It starts with one session: we take your baseline, your coach walks you through your own numbers in the room, and you leave with a plan built on what we measured.

What Actually Happens

One session. Three parts.

01
We measure.
You sit down with a coach at 575 Madison. We measure how your body is handling stress, recovery, energy and focus, under controlled conditions, not estimated from a wearable. Nothing is invasive, and anything you will feel is explained before it happens.
02
We work on the system.
Your Fulcrum Assessment™ decides which protocol you are in. You are not handed a menu and you are not given someone's best guess. The Morris Method™ sets the sequence inside that protocol, and your coach delivers it in that order, from red light, pulsed-field, hands-on recovery work and guided breathing. The order and the timing are the method, not the equipment list.
03
You leave knowing.
Your coach walks you through the numbers that are ready in the room, in plain language, with what we would do next and why. Your metabolic results take about 72 hours to come back. When they land, your Fulcrum Score™ updates and your coach takes you through the complete picture. Nothing is emailed to you and left there.

Plan on 60 minutes. Wear something you can move in.  Midtown Biohack is a wellness and human performance studio. We do not diagnose or treat.

The Readiness Check
Not a way in, a way to look before you do. Nine questions and an honest, directional read on how your system is handling the load of your life. It does not replace the assessment and it is not part of it.

The Assessment
Every client begins here. There is no version of this where you skip it, because the assessment is what assigns your protocol. We measure your baseline at 575 Madison, walk you through your numbers, and the system decides where you start.

The Premise

Why You Can Get It
Back.

Midtown Biohack is a private recovery and performance studio. We start with measurement, so the plan you get is built from your numbers instead of a guess. What we can measure about how your system is handling load is drawn together on your Neurological Twin™ and scored as your Fulcrum Score™, a single number from 0 to 100. Think of it like a credit score for your body. Then we build the protocol that moves the number, and we measure again. You never have to take our word for what changed. You can watch it change.

01
Most wellness chases how you feel.
Stacking modalities. Masking fatigue with caffeine, tension with massage, anxiety with apps. The system underneath stays dysregulated, and it all comes back.
02
Restore regulation first. Capacity follows.
A regulated nervous system recovers faster, thinks clearer, sleeps deeper, and trains harder. Recovery isn't the opposite of performance, it's the foundation of it.

The tools matter. But the methodology, sequencing, and interpretation are what make them work.

The Breakdown

Why High Performers
Break Down.

You didn't lose it overnight. You lost it one missed recovery at a time.

Stress is not the problem. The human body was designed to respond to stress. The problem begins when stress becomes chronic, unmanaged, and unresolved. Over time, the nervous system can remain in a heightened state, affecting sleep, energy, pain, inflammation, emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and recovery.

01
Daily Demand
Work, travel, training, pressure, decision-making, and emotional load place demand on the system.
02
Chronic Load
When demand exceeds recovery, the body begins carrying stress as a baseline state.
03
Lower Performance
The system gets stuck in overactivation. Sleep, repair and clarity decline. You may still function, but not at your true capacity.

Most people chase what they feel. The Morris Method™ looks at the state of the system producing it.

How We Work

What You Walk Out Knowing.

A session here is measured, not improvised. You are told what is happening before it happens, the work is done on you, and before you leave a coach shows you what moved and what the next session builds on.

01, The State
The State of Your System
Where regulation is right now, and what that means for how you feel and perform.
02, The Sequence
Why Recovery Comes First
Why building capacity without regulation is a short-term gain, and why we sequence in that order.
03, The Selection
How Your Protocol Was Selected
Which assessment inputs shaped the recommendation, and why this protocol over another.
04, The Signals
What We're Watching
The patterns and signals we're tracking across sessions, and what they're telling us.
05, The Trajectory
How Your Next Session Builds
What this session sets up for the next one, and what the trajectory looks like across your next few sessions.

Recovery you can understand is recovery you can repeat.

Before You Book

The questions everyone asks.

What is this, in plain English?
We measure how your nervous system is handling the load of your life, we help it recover, then we build your performance on top and track it so you can see it working. We are not a gym, not a spa, and not a doctor's office.
What happens on my first visit, and how long does it take?
Plan on 60 minutes. You sit down with a Morris Method™ coach at 575 Madison. We measure, under controlled conditions, not estimated from a wearable. Then we walk you through your results out loud, in the room. You leave with your score, the picture behind it, and the single best place to start. You are never asked to decide anything in the room.
What does it cost?
The assessment price and what it includes are both on the assessment page, along with the credit it applies toward your membership. Nothing is quoted differently over the phone.
Do I have to start with the assessment?
Yes, and here is why. Every session we run is chosen from what your numbers say, so skipping the measurement would mean guessing, and guessing is the thing we built this place to stop. The upside is that you do not have to figure out which session you need. That is our job.
Is this medical?
No. Midtown Biohack is a wellness and human performance studio. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and nothing here replaces your physician. Many of our clients work with us alongside their own doctors. If you are managing a health condition, tell us before you book and we will talk it through with you.
Can I just ask a question first?
Please do. Call the studio at 917-382-3005 or email contact@midtownbiohack.com and a real person answers. No one is going to push you into booking anything.
